If you need to return multiple items, even if they’re from separate orders, you’re welcome to send them together in a single package to simplify the process. However, it’s crucial to include all corresponding return forms with your shipment. These forms help our team accurately identify your items and process your refund correctly; without them, we cannot guarantee that your refund will be handled properly or in a timely manner.

To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original, unused condition and returned in their original packaging—this ensures that the products remain in the same state as when they were delivered to you. knittingsilk.com can only accept returns that meet these criteria.

Once our team receives your return and verifies that the items are in acceptable condition, we’ll send you a confirmation email to notify you that your return has been processed. From that point, you can expect your refund to be issued within 10 business days, using the same payment method you used for your original order. For example, if you paid with a credit card, the refund will be credited back to that card; if you used a debit card, the funds will return to your bank account.

Additionally, any membership coupons or reward points that were applied to your purchase will be reactivated and linked to the email address associated with your account, ensuring you retain those benefits for future use. Please keep in mind that credit card refunds are subject to the processing timelines of your card issuer, which may cause slight delays beyond our control.
